Le comunità di Carenno, Lorentino e Sopracornola festeggeranno domenica 5 dicembre 2010 l'80° Compleanno di Don Marco Bottazzoli.
I festeggiamenti, inizialmente previsti per il 3 ottobre, sono stati più volte rinviati per via della lunga degenza ospedaliera a cui ha dovuto sottoporsi The current pastor emeritus of Sopracornola.
Don Marco has held the Parish of the Immaculate Conception of Sopracornola 1963 to 1988, and till today working with Don Angelo Riva in the three parishes of San Martino Valle.
The schedule of festivities includes:
- 10:30 am Solemn Mass in Sopracornola (the term aperitif)
- 12.30 pm Lunch at the Hotel Restaurant Community Carenno , in Via Roma 4 to Carenno
(the reservation for lunch can be taken to the Parish House Sopracornola or at the Sacristy or Carenno of Lorentino by December 1.)
